Wonderful customer service! Friendly, transparent, communicative... I could go on. I purchased a customised beer mug and from the query stage right through to product dispatch, I received excellent communication from Laylie, who even pointed out to me that the delivery method I chose would not guarantee delivery by my required date and helped me change it after the fact. The cost of the product was also half that of one of their major competitors. I highly recommend! I would just advise ensuring you have enough time to place the order. I had mine shipped to Cape Town so it took a few days.
