Very friendly staff. I ordered magnets for a pre-primary school that unfortunately came out too dark, BUT they redid the order at their cost, no extra charges to me and it was a definite improvement - even though I did not get any further feedback from the school, in my opinion, the new magnets looked excellent and good quality!

Wonderful customer service! Friendly, transparent, communicative... I could go on. I purchased a customised beer mug and from the query stage right through to product dispatch, I received excellent communication from Laylie, who even pointed out to me that the delivery method I chose would not guarantee delivery by my required date and helped me change it after the fact. The cost of the product was also half that of one of their major competitors. I highly recommend! I would just advise ensuring you have enough time to place the order. I had mine shipped to Cape Town so it took a few days.
