Shipping & Delivery FAQ
We know you’re excited to receive your goodies! Here’s everything you need to know about how and when your order will be delivered.
How long does it take to process my order?
Processing times depend on what you’ve ordered:
Goodies (toys, baby items, accessories): 2 Business Days
Prints (custom clothing, personalised mugs, custom gifts): 3 Business Days
Once your order is packed, it’s handed over to the courier for delivery.
How long does delivery take after processing?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method and your location:
Courier to Your Door (via The Courier Guy):
3 – 5 Business Days in major areas
5 – 7 Business Days for remote or outlying areas
Pick-Up Point Delivery (via Pargo):
Takes 5 – 9 Business Days, depending on your location
You’ll collect from a pickup point of your choice at checkout
Can I collect my order myself?
Yes! We offer curbside collection from our premises in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. We have card facilities but we do not accept cash.
You can also send your own courier, just remember to email the waybill to: 📧 info@awesomeprints.co.za
Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
If you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp (081 834 8870) or email. If your order hasn’t been collected yet, we’ll happily update the address for you. If your parcel is already en route with the courier, changing the address may involve additional costs, we’ll let you know the options available.
How will I know when my order is ready or shipped?
You’ll receive an email with:
A tracking number and link. If you chose collection, we’ll notify you once it’s ready.
Updates once the courier has collected your order

Own couriers & collections: Accepted with prior arrangement
I received my order, but something’s missing, what now?
Please let us know within 3 business days of receiving your parcel. After that, we unfortunately won’t be able to replace missing items.
What if something is damaged when it arrives?
We’re so sorry! Please WhatsApp (081 834 8870) us:

A photo of the damaged item(s)
We’ll send a replacement as soon as possible.
